We are a small family business and we are dedicated to doing our best and making products that will totally empower you to look your best. But we get it, if you need a refund or,  If you have any concerns about your purchase, we're here to assist you.

35-Day Refund Policy
You have 35 days from the date of receipt to return an item. (we added 5 extra days cause ..life gets crazy sometimes)

Shoot us a quick email at info@fitfacex.com. Let us know you want a refund and the name and address it was shipped to. If you want to tell us what went right or wrong, please we want to know we always strive to do better. You don't need to wait for a return response. You will ship your FitFace-X product in its original boxes to the following address.

Return Process for Amazon Purchases IMPORTANT
If you made the purchase through Amazon, You have to use Amazon's return process in accordance with their current terms and conditions. They DO NOT LET US process any purchase made on Amazon.
